Field Service Technician Integrated Technology Corp. designs, manufactures, sells, installs and services capital equipment to the semiconductor industry throughout the world. Job Brief We are looking for a self‑starter Field Service Technician to deliver a desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Responsibilities Provide service and customer support during field visits. Tie workflow to schedule. Manage all on‑site installation, repair, and maintenance tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Produce timely and detailed service reports as well as expense reports. Document processes. Follow all company’s field procedures and protocols. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings. Build positive relationships with customers. Requirements Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment. English literacy. Familiarity with basic hand tools. Technical degree or certification in Electronic Engineering Technology or related field. Travel to customer site. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
