About the Role

This is an agent internship designed to help you build the skills, relationships, and experience needed to become a future State Farm agent. As a key member of our agency, you will serve as the welcoming face and voice for customershelping them with their needs, answering questions, and introducing them to valuable insurance products, including life insurance and other coverage options . Your ability to engage customers and identify opportunities to strengthen their protection through upselling will be an important part of your role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the right team members.
• Assist customers by providing information about insurance products and services.
• Identify opportunities/upsell to recommend additional insurance coveragesuch as life insurancebased on customer needs.
• Manage incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Comfortable having conversations about insurance products and service options.

Compensation

$40,000.00 $70,000.00 per year
