Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

We're looking for dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Joliet. If you enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and helping keep operations running smoothly, this could be a great opportunity for you.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in receiving, organizing, picking, and shipping products accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
\n \n\n
Responsibilities
\n \n\n
Safely unload incoming trailers, verify product accuracy, and stage materials for put-away.
\n \n\n
Pick customer orders from warehouse locations and utilize conveyor systems for sorting and staging.
\n \n\n
Load semi-trucks and box trucks according to delivery requirements.
\n \n\n
Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.
\n \n\n
Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) scanners and tools to ensure inventory accuracy and proper product placement.
\n \n\n
Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
\n \n\n
Communicate effectively with team members during shift transitions and collaborate with receiving and delivery personnel.
\n \n\n
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
\n \n\n
Perform additional duties as assigned.
\n \n\n
Qualifications
\n \n\n
At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
\n \n\n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
\n \n\n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
\n \n\n
Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
\n \n\n
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
\n \n\n
Physical Requirements
\n \n\n
Ability to regularly lift 35-48 lbs throughout the shift.
\n \n\n
Ability to occasionally push, pull, or move up to 100 lbs.
\n \n\n
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
\n \n\n
Steel-toed shoes required.
\n \n\n
