Accounting Clerk

Want your weekends PLUS Fridays off? We are hiring a Accounting Clerk for a well-established manufacturing company in Manitowoc! This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, computer savvy, and comfortable working with numbers and records. You'll support the Accounting and Purchasing departments by entering and maintaining important financial, purchasing, and inventory information. Hours Choose your schedule: 6:00am to 4:00pm or 7:00am to 5:00pm; Monday to Thursday Responsibilities Enter purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and inventory information Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or missing information Maintain organized electronic and paper records Review documents and data for discrepancies or duplicates Prepare basic purchasing, inventory, and financial reports Work with Accounting, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information Qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and communication skills Comfortable working independently Proficient with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets Previous data entry, accounting, purchasing, or inventory experience is a plus ERP or accounting software experience is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr IQ Resource Group, Inc.
