Our medical staff includes over 500 providers from Foundation Medical Partners and local practices. Foundation Medical Partners, our multi-specialty group, spans 70+ practices across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, providing coordinated, patient-centered care to thousands each year. Among these services, our Pediatrics Unit offers comprehensive care for children from infancy through adolescence, focusing on preventive care, wellness, and family-centered support.

We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for patients and visitors while supporting the daily operations of our medical practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance information
• Manage patient check-in/check-out and collect co-pays
• Answer phones and route calls appropriately
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care and office operations

Who You Are / Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a medical office or customer service setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered service
