Data Entry Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information Generate labels for dispensing Answer phones and respond to order inquiries Clarify orders as needed Qualifications Licensed Pharmacy Technician Previous experience in pharmacy LTC pharmacy experience preferred Knowledge of brand name and generic medications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Moderate to advanced computer skills required Great telephone etiquette a must Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Employee Assistance Program EEO Statement , SpecialtyRx, Inc. is fully committed to employing a diverse workforce.
