Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology (US, East Coast)

Senior Clinical Research Associate role at a global CRO supporting oncology trials across the US East Coast. Responsibilities include site management, monitoring visits, regulatory compliance oversight, and ensuring protocol adherence throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. Home-based position requiring regional travel approximately 8-10 days monthly.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical research activities and site performance at investigative sites
- Conduct pre-site selection, study initiation, interim monitoring, and closeout visits
- Train site personnel on protocol requirements, data collection, and safety reporting
- Ensure regulatory compliance, informed consent adherence, and safety reporting obligations
- Partner with sites and study teams to drive data quality and participant safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or nursing degree
- 5+ years experience as regional or traveling Clinical Research Associate
- Demonstrated experience monitoring oncology clinical trials
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, site management, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to travel 8-10 days per month within East Coast region
- Full-service monitoring experience preferred
Compensation: $97,000–$193,000 base annually
