We are looking for IT-minded sales professionals who are focused on optimizing our client's and potential client network infrastructure, as well as the ability to identify potential issues in our current customer's IT environment. Our ideal candidate will help offer optimized IT and/or Office solutions to our customers to take their business to the next level while building a career that provides financial stability and a work life balance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Help clients evaluate IT services, printers, copiers, and office technology solutions that support their business goals.
• Perform full-cycle B2B sales, including prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, closing, and ongoing account growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing additional Office1 solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Ability to build relationships with business owners, executives, managers, and decision-makers.
• 1+ year of B2B sales experience, preferably in outside sales, technology sales, copier/print sales, telecom, SaaS, IT services, or another relationship-based sales environment.
• Resilient, coachable, and able to handle rejection without losing momentum.
• Motivated by a compensation structure where base salary provides stability, while commission rewards performance, consistency, and growth.
• Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and result oriented.
• Strong consultative communication skills, with the ability to build trust, ask thoughtful questions, and develop long-term client relationships.
• Motivated by a compensation structure that provides base salary stability with significant uncapped commission-based earning potential.
