Charge RN - MedSurg, Nights

This role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care across various patient populations, from birth through adulthood, while managing operational issues during shifts. Key responsibilities include providing clinical care as needed, communicating patient and departmental concerns, and serving as a resource for staff guidance and support. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree, and at least one year of hospital nursing experience. A valid Georgia RN license or multistate licensure, along with required certifications such as BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and specialty certifications depending on the unit, are mandatory. The role requires adherence to evidence-based practices, ethical standards, and diversity principles. Nurses are expected to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, collaborate with stakeholders, and promote a safe, healthy environment.
