We are currently looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities Include: Conducting Initial and Ongoing Assessments Completing authorizations as needed for clients Developing effective treatment plans for our clients Supervising BT/RBTs Ongoing monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to best facilitate skill development Regular Parent Trainings Collaborating with Educators Ensuring appropriate documentation of progress.
