MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Job Details Managing the site-wide maintenance function, including, packaging, process, mechanical, electrical, building maintenance and stationary engineering Ensuring regulatory compliance re: health & safety, and environmental standards Working with outside engineering & technical services as needed Build the Maintenance team’s technical & functional capabilities Assume total responsibility for the Maintenance Department budget ensuring proper expenditures and accountability Strategic development of the maintenance department to a best-in-class level Focus on the development of the Maintenance team to continually improve maintenance strategies and equipment efficiencies. Support teamwork between Maintenance and other O&H Danish Bakery departments. Enjoys working with others and sees team work as a more productive environment.
