$130,000 - $140,000 + 15% Bonus + Relocation Package + Career Progression + Medical, Dental, Vision + 401k + PTO + Holiday + More company benefits Kenosha, Wisconsin (Commutable from Waukegan, Milwaukee, Racine, Oak Creek, Burlington) Are you a looking to lead and develop a skilled maintenance department within a rapidly expanding business investing in new technology and equipment to continue growing? On offer is the chance to lead maintenance programs for a fast-growing, multi-site manufacturing business operating at the forefront of their market. In this position you be instrumental in executing key maintenance projects, working cross functionally with senior leadership and engineering teams. This hands on role will see you create and manage maintenance programs, work closely with OEM's to ensure equipment safety and efficiency, oversee parts, report on CAPEX projects and take control of financial budgets. This position offers future career progression routes, the chance to lead autonomously with excellent earning potential through bonuses. This opportunity suits a maintenance leader from and food or beverage background, looking to work across technically challenging projects with opportunities for career progression and training. The Position:- Develop and manage maintenance programs, play a key role across CAPEX projects working cross functionally engineering and leadership teams
- Hands on position leading maintenance supervisors, technicians, controls technicians and parts teams
