Overview Technical Support Analyst Work setup Hybrid work environment. We encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week. Work schedule Shifting schedules: 8am – 4pm and 3pm – 11pm Manila Time. Employment type Permanent Location Makati City, Metro Manila Pay range Salary range: ₱31,000 - ₱40,000. Applicants comfortable with this range are invited to apply. Role focus Technical Support Analysts who are fluent in English to join the Global Technical Support team based in Manila. This team supports Cambridge\'s English Learning business and resolves technical issues related to Cambridge\'s digital products and platforms, as reported by external and internal customers. Responsibilities Provide technical support to external customers (administrators, users and teachers) and Cambridge Sales and CS Teams for the English product line. Investigate issues to provide successful resolutions and liaise with senior technical team members. Accept customer issues and gather technical information (email and phone support). Resolve basic and complex customer issues. Analyze symptoms of a technical problem to identify the underlying cause. Address queries and resolve them in a timely manner. Qualifications Strong English communication skills and a technical support background. Team player, computer literate, confident email and telephone manners, good attention to detail. Able to work in shifting schedules. Previous experience in technical support (at least one year) or a customer service role. Effective time management. Good decision-making skills. Good oral and written communication skills.
