Work Environment

The Physical Therapist position is situated in our outpatient facility located in Keansburg, New Jersey. You will be working onsite with a full-time commitment from Monday to Friday, engaging with a dynamic team of health care professionals who share a common goal of improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to devise individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient, collaborating closely with referring physicians.
• Implement therapy programs for a diverse clientele, addressing orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports-related injuries.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic care, combining hands-on techniques with evidence-based interventions aimed at enhancing mobility and function.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment protocols, anticipated outcomes, and home exercises to ensure consistency and success in their recovery.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service, establishing a friendly and professional rapport with patients while promoting trust and engagement throughout their treatment process.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights on treatment efficacy, and strategize on achieving optimal results.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficient in word processing and basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.

• Previous clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy settings, particularly with diverse patient groups.

Compensation and Benefits
