About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead its HR function during a significant phase of growth and development. The successful candidate will be a strategic, caring, and proactive capacity-builder, responsible for all HR aspects, including benefits, talent acquisition, personnel matters, performance management, and policy adherence. The CHRO will play a pivotal role in the organization's expansion, ensuring that service quality, employee engagement, and patient experience are not compromised. This is an opportunity to make a substantial impact by engineering a more effective talent acquisition process, investing in training and culture systems, and partnering with other departments to support the company's mission. The ideal CHRO for the company will have a professional foundation that includes an undergraduate degree (master's or advanced degree preferred), over 10 years of HR leadership experience (healthcare context preferred), and a strong preference for SHRM certification. The candidate should have a proven track record in data-driven decision-making, executive collaboration, and leveraging diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Interpersonal qualities such as high emotional intelligence, cultural competence, and a values-based leadership approach are essential. The role requires a strategic orientation with a focus on proactive, anticipatory leadership, change management, and a passion for the mission and community engagement. The CHRO will be expected to be a lifelong learner, with a vision for HR leadership, and a bias towards action in finding solutions that benefit both patients and staff.
