Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,589–$1,721 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 16 weeks Shift: Night shifts; 12-hour shifts, 3 nights per cycle Start date: 09/21/2026 Setting: ER in a hospital environment Responsibilities Provide triage, assessment, and ongoing monitoring for adult and pediatric ER patients Administer medications, start IVs, and perform procedures as ordered; initiate and assist with resuscitation and stabilization Monitor patient status, interpret monitor data, and respond to emergencies; collaborate with physicians and the broader care team Document care accurately in the electronic medical record; communicate changes in patient condition to the team and families Support patient flow, discharge planning, and coordination with ancillary services to optimize throughput and safety Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards; participate in quality improvement activities as assigned Requirements Active RN license in the state of Georgia BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; TNCC/ENPC preferred At least 4 years of ER experience with well-rounded adult and pediatric care Ability to work a night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts; 3 nights per cycle as assigned Credentialing in process may be considered with conditional compliance Effective communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity ER environment Benefits and Support Assignment support throughout the engagement Credentialing and onboarding assistance Travel logistics support and housing coordination where available Ongoing clinical support and access to experienced travel nurses PAY DISCLAIMER RULE Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
