Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Outside Sales Representative. The Outside Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct prospecting activities, and schedule meetings with business owners to present Go Create Payments’ solutions. Responsibilities include delivering clear and compelling sales presentations, explaining pricing and service options, and guiding prospects through the onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, providing responsive customer support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation experience. The Outside Sales Representative will be expected to manage a sales pipeline, meet or exceed performance targets, and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, including Relationship Building and Customer Service, with a focus on long-term client satisfaction.
- Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to clearly explain solutions, pricing, and contract terms.
- Proficiency in New Business Development, including prospecting, lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience delivering organized and persuasive Sales Presentations to small and mid-sized business decision-makers.
- Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or merchant services is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to use CRM tools and basic productivity software to track activities and results.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
