Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate outcomes for precision, resolve discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance as well as calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training newcomers, and uphold the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, tidy work environment in accordance with all regulatory and accreditation regulations.

Education Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, in addition to ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year from the date of hire.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your employment period.
