Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and complex clinical lab tests spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and manage preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Thoroughly document processes, mentor new employees or trainees, and ensure lab quality assurance criteria are met.
• Uphold a safe and clean work environment, complying with both regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health credential, alongside a commitment to ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of joining.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment period.
