Maintenance Supervisor

Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of a maintenance department and the supervision of a team responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of fleet. Ensure all repairs and/or maintenance to equipment (diesel fleet, alternate fuel, containers, and other heavy-duty equipment) is performed in accordance with Company safety and compliance standards, and with all federal/state regulations. What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff): Command the Shop: Oversee the daily hustle of our maintenance department. You're the conductor of this diesel-powered orchestra! Coach & Mentor: You aren't just a boss; you're a pro trainer. Lead, inspire, and develop a team of skilled technicians to be the best in the business. The Tech Wizard: Use the M5 Planner to schedule repairs, track parts, and ensure our fleet-from heavy-duty trucks to alternative fuel vehicles-is in peak condition. Safety First, Always: Ensure every bolt is tight and every repair meets our gold-standard safety and federal/state regulations. Problem Solver: Dive into complex diagnostics and lead the way on advanced preventive maintenance. What's in Your Toolbox? Experience: At least 3 years of heavy diesel truck maintenance and 1+ year in a leadership or lead tech role. Knowledge: You know your way around engines, emissions, hydraulics, and air brakes like the back of your hand. Skills: You're a pro with Microsoft Office and can juggle schedules and budgets without breaking a sweat. Grit: You're ready to lift 50 lbs, work in the shop environment, and lead from the front.
