Job Summary:
We are looking for an outstanding, experienced Marketing Manager to join our creative, focused and driven organization. The Marketing Manager supports brand initiatives across our restaurant concepts. The Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring all marketing, promotional and advertising programs are executed to the highest levels of implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ownership of execution of marketing/promotional calendar implementation. This includes but is not limited to Asana project management timelines and tracking, developing promotional rollout guides, LTO product testing, and results reporting.
• Leads timeline development and project management for all marketing initiatives, ensuring cross-functional stakeholder involvement from all departments to execute a smooth roll-out.
• Ideate, develop and maintain strategic marketing partnerships to build brand awareness, innovation and drive sales.
• Lead all aspects of Grand Opening celebrations including field marketing, social media, influencer outreach, traditional and digital advertising, and public relations.
• Develop and implement local marketing plans and programs to drive sales results.
• Responsible for collecting data and maintaining sales reporting to provide key insights into various marketing campaigns to optimize for future division strategies and objectives.
• Evaluate and optimize all digital marketing channels to create stronger ROAS and overall conversions.
• Create annual marketing budgets, tracking spend, providing monthly updates.
• Able to evaluate and streamline processes to provide more organization efficiency.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing; experience with restaurant, food and beverage brands preferred, multi-brand management experience a plus.
• Exceptional organization and strong project management skills
• Experience with ASANA or other project management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, metrics-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, detailed-oriented environment
• Ability to travel as necessary
• Ability to work varied scheduling, including some evenings and weekends
• Sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, and lifting up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
