Job Description

Drive Otsy's marketing strategy across channels to grow brand awareness and user acquisition.

Problems You Will Solve

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Manage social media, email, and content strategy
• Collaborate with growth and product teams on launches
• Track and report on marketing KPIs and ROI
• Build partnerships with influencers and travel brands

All About You

• 4+ years of marketing experience
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven approach to campaign optimization
• Experience in travel, lifestyle, or marketplace brands preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly compensation based on skill level and experience. Comprehensive benefits package offered to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
