Commercial Construction Estimator

I am currently partnering with a well-established and highly reputable commercial general contractor experiencing steady growth. Due to increased project volume, they are adding an Estimator to their team.

Responsibilities: - Prepare conceptual and hard bid estimates- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids- Work with project management and field teams during preconstruction- Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and scope reviews

Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience- Experience with ground-up or renovation projects- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications- Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar)
