About the Role:
Crestview Physical and Aquatic Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their dedicated team in Crestview, FL. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and aquatic therapy interventions to patients
• Monitor and document patient progress, response to treatment, and functional improvements
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
• Collaborate with the PT and interdisciplinary team to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and facility standards
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming therapy environment for all patients

Requirements:

• Active Florida PTA license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or aquatic therapy settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, modalities, and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented clinical environment
