Lead Product Engineer

Proficient and hands on experience in CATIA and CAE knowledge for FEA, CFD, Thermal, Vibration and Critical Speed analysis. Core knowledge required in off-highway equipment. Or any other heavy industry. Work experience in Commercial vehicles / Tractors / Tippers will be add on advantage. Candidate shall have demonstrated experience in design and development of NPD systems regards Mechanical Design for structures, Hydraulics Sound knowledge of design process, work & interact with global cross‑functional and cross‑cultural team. Design knowledge of various manufacturing process and system integration. Knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS and DFMEA is essential. Should have experience in component development Understanding of Customer requirements and ensure delivery to these requirements Participate in key project meeting and guide technical leads during planning and developing solution from user perspective Work with user support team / Business team as per project requirement Knowledge of GD&T and its application Study the inputs received from customers / Onsite coordinator, check the completeness of data and seek clarification or additional data if required. Providing technical solutions to difficult/specialized problems Ensure on time delivery with required quality level Update the work status to module lead / customer / Onsite coordinator Preferred Industry Preferred candidates would be from industries like Steel, Construction equipment, Heavy machinery, Production engineering.
