Sell Exclusively Pixel: Actively intercept and engage customers on the floor to pitch Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories. Over-Deliver on Targets: Consistently meet, exceed, and shatter defined weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas. 2. In-Store Advocacy & Team Multiplication Empower the Verizon Team: Build strategic relationships with Verizon store associates. Coach them, conduct high-energy product huddles, and shadow them to ensure they are comfortably and frequently selling Pixel to their own customers. Be the Resident Expert: Act as the ultimate authority on all things Google Pixel, demonstrating cutting-edge AI features to both customers and staff to close the deal. Team Selling: Seamlessly step in to assist Verizon reps in converting sales when a customer shows interest in Android devices. 3. Brand Presence & Merchandising Maintain the Stage: Ensure the Google Pixel display area is pristine, fully functional, and visually dominating the retail floor.
