Job Description
Child, adolescent and young adult group practice. We specialize in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Tourette’s, Anxiety, Depression, Learning Disabilities and/or Developmental Disabilities. We use only Evidence-Based Treatments/Practices (EBPs) for each mental health condition as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Social Skills Training (SST), Social Thinking (ST), Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBITS), Cognitive Enhancement Therapy (CET). We use directive, skill development based interventions with parent-training and family involvement through an outpatient clinic setting.
Therapists carry their own caseloads and work between 1-5 days a week creating their own hours (minimum of 5 clients on caseload per week). Practice operates on a fee split model with therapists operating as independent contractors. Individual and group consultation meetings offered regularly. Therapy intervention training available. All therapeutic materials (toys, books, games etc), forms and procedures provided.
