Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Support the recruitment, training, and development of spa staff to maintain a professional and motivated team.
• Help manage scheduling, inventory, and budgeting to optimize spa performance and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the spa facility.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa services and special offers.
• Address guest concerns and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and implementing spa programs, treatments, and events that align with brand standards.
• Monitor and report on spa performance metrics and recommend improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa management or a related hospitality role preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and customer service best practices.
• Proficient in scheduling and inventory management software.
