Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support promotional outreach, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, representing a company, building relationships, and creating opportunities for customer growth. Responsibilities
- Represent the company during promotional events and community activities.
- Engage with prospective customers and provide information about products and services.
- Present products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support promotional initiatives designed to increase customer interest and sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities.
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with brand presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve engagement and sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- Goal-oriented and willing to learn sales techniques.
- Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, public relations, or events is a plus but not required.
