This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, representing an organization, and creating positive experiences in a dynamic, people-focused environment. Responsibilities Assist with community outreach and promotional initiatives. Represent the company at promotional events and community activities. Build positive relationships with customers and community members. Support customer engagement and brand awareness activities. Distribute promotional materials and informational resources. Assist with coordinating outreach activities and schedules. Gather customer feedback to support future initiatives. Maintain organized records of outreach activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve engagement objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional and outgoing personality. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, community outreach, or events is a plus but not required.
