About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Communications and Philanthropy Officer to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and mission-driven leader with a minimum of 10 years' experience in communications, philanthropy, fundraising, development, marketing, public affairs, or related fields. This role is pivotal in serving as the organization's chief storyteller, fundraising strategist, brand steward, and community engagement leader. The CCPO will work closely with the CEO to enhance the company's visibility, advance philanthropic growth, and deepen community trust. Key responsibilities include shaping the organizational narrative, leading integrated communications and branding initiatives, and expanding the impact through major gifts, corporate partnerships, and strategic alliances. Applicants for the Chief Communications and Philanthropy Officer position at the company should have a proven track record of securing philanthropic investment and strategic partnerships.
