Territory Manager | Raleigh, North Carolina (West)

iRhythm Technologies seeks a field-based Territory Manager for the Raleigh-West, North Carolina region to drive adoption of its Zio cardiac monitoring platform. The role involves acquiring new business, expanding market presence among cardiologists and electrophysiologists, and managing a defined sales territory.

Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and hospital administrators
Develop and execute territory growth plans emphasizing market penetration and product adoption
Lead full sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure and customer onboarding
Deliver data-driven presentations communicating clinical and economic value to stakeholders
Build and maintain sales pipeline using Salesforce; manage account performance and ensure quarterly/annual quota attainment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant sales experience may substitute
5+ years sales experience with minimum 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology
Cardiology, electrophysiology, or integrated delivery network experience strongly preferred
Proven track record capturing market share or displacing competitors
Strategic sales planning and execution in complex healthcare environments
Willingness to travel extensively within territory (approximately 4.5 days weekly)

Compensation: $90,000–$180,000 base plus commission
