Job Responsibilities:

Review and verify paper and PDF contracts for accuracy and completeness
Validate customer details, pricing, contract terms, and other key information against internal systems
Process and book contracts efficiently while maintaining high accuracy standards
Investigate and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments
Analyze contract-related data and ensure proper documentation and compliance
Maintain productivity targets by processing approximately 30–40 contracts daily
Communicate effectively with operations, customer care, billing, and other teams
Utilize internal systems and tools for contract processing and tracking
Support process improvements and maintain organized contract records

Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data review and analysis
Experience with contract verification, data entry, or administrative analysis

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's.
