Our team is seeking a dedicated, innovative individual work as a Lead. The Lead is responsible for safety, quality and production in the Press Brake department. By maintaining the work area, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining part production the position will ensure that production operates efficiently and effectively. The position will be responsible for maintaining part production efficiency to minimize downtime, following proper maintenance procedures for effective preventive maintenance, and observing machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions and adjust machines as necessary.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
• Prior experience in working in the metal fabrication industry is preferred.
• Print reading and Dial caliper reading required.
