Operations Director

As an Operations Director at QXO , you'll lead branch operations and partner with local teams to drive performance-ensuring efficient and profitable market execution. What You'll Do Collaborate with Branch Managers, Operations Managers, and Dispatchers to ensure efficient and profitable deliveries and market operations Support Branch Managers with sales projections, budgeting, and overall leadership Train and guide counter staff to ensure professional, fair customer service and build strong relationships with key customers Oversee hiring procedures, maintain accurate personnel records, and manage time reporting for payroll Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and strictly adhere to all protocols, always wearing appropriate PPE Monitor facility and equipment needs, ensure proper maintenance, and manage inventory levels and control What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field 5+ years of management experience, preferably with industry-related expertise Cross-functional knowledge across finance, operations, HR, supply chain, and sales Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly Product knowledge in residential and commercial roofing, siding, and windows Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills A valid driver's license and a clean driving record What you'll earn 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, company holidays, and parental leave Paid training and certifications Legal assistance and identity protection Pet insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
