Whiting Door Manufacturing

Whiting Door is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our HR team in Akron, NY. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding and partner with leaders to shape hiring strategies, including high-volume manufacturing roles. You’ll build proactive pipelines, leverage LinkedIn, referrals, job fairs, and creative sourcing to fill multiple priorities.
