Manufacturing HR Generalist - Talent & Compliance

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR partner for our manufacturing facility in Ohio. The role supports employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and HR operations to drive a positive employee experience. Working closely with plant leadership, you will analyze trends, provide guidance on people-related matters, administer policies, and maintain accurate HR records using Dayforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
