HR Coordinator - People Ops & Recruitment Support

Crane Co. is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to join our onsite team in Twinsburg, OH. You will support employee documentation, recruitment processes, and HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws. You’ll act as the liaison between employees and management, assist with onboarding, coordinate benefits questions with vendors, and help schedule HR events and training sessions.
