Overview

Technology Associate Director – Marketing & Operations (North America – Generics, Biosimilar & Market Access) supports the Global Commercial Technology function and regional commercial and marketing teams in Sandoz.

Location

Princeton, NJ, United States (Hybrid – up to 50% remote; local candidates preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between sales, marketing, and technology teams to enable digital engagement, market access, and pricing strategies.
• Develop, present and execute the regional commercial‑excellence (CE) roadmap, including technology landscape assessment, operating model recommendations and transition planning.
• Assess omnichannel maturity, identify gaps, and develop mitigation plans; lead the implementation of analytics standards and KPIs.
• Embed omnichannel strategies into local commercial plans, ensuring harmonization of business processes across countries while respecting local needs.
• Manage program roadmaps, prioritize projects, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Lead communications regarding system changes, benefits, impact and capability development with country teams.
• Support procurement, pricing, contracts and market‑access financial strategies; oversee business‑case management for sales and marketing functions.
• Drive adoption and measurable business impact, reporting improvements in sales, operational savings, ROI and customer engagement metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience with a background in pricing, market access, and digital technologies.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; ability to navigate across strategy, marketing, and technology domains.
• Project‑management experience, including portfolio management and risk mitigation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills; skilled at influencing in a global, matrix organization.
• Innovative mindset focused on scalable, forward‑thinking solutions.
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles is a plus.

Benefits & Compensation

Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $230,000 USD per year, subject to market adjustments. Additional compensation may include sign‑on bonus, restricted stock units and discretionary awards.
