Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive materials of the highest standard, while also contributing to the safety and longevity of the structures they are building. Responsibilities 1. Project Leadership: Manage and lead a team of skilled technicians and inspectors, ensuring their training, development, and safety on-site.2. Quality Assurance: Oversee and conduct various tests on construction materials, including concrete, asphalt, soil, aggregates, and more, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to schedule and coordinate testing activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations.4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results, generate comprehensive reports, and communicate findings to project stakeholders, offering guidance for any necessary adjustments.5. Compliance and Regulation: Stay up-to-date with relevant codes, regulations, and industry trends to ensure adherence to best practices and legal requirements.6. Client Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
