Sr. Factory Manager (Chinese Speaking) - Los Angeles, CA

MissionHires is seeking a Sr. Factory Manager (Chinese Speaking) to lead end-to-end operations of a server and rack integration facility in City of Industry, Los Angeles. This leader will own manufacturing, integration, testing, quality, logistics, safety, and workforce management, driving efficiency and on-time delivery in a high-mix, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead all factory operations including assembly, integration, testing, packaging, and shipping of servers and racks Drive continuous improvement using lean/Six Sigma to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance product quality Manage, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and factory personnel; foster a safe, inclusive, productive culture Collaborate with planning, engineering, and supply chain to meet customer deadlines and optimize throughput Own production planning and execution to ensure timely, accurate delivery to customer specifications Implement and maintain rigorous quality control systems aligned with industry standards and customer requirements Oversee factory layout, equipment maintenance, and facility readiness; lead capital improvement projects Enforce OSHA, ESD, and safety standards; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Track and report manufacturing metrics via ERP and production tools to drive performance Coordinate logistics for inbound materials and outbound shipments to meet SLAs Requirements 10+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware integration, or related field Strong understanding of server, networking, and data center hardware Proven track record managing factory operations in a high-mix, high-volume environment Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with ERP systems, production planning tools, and manufacturing metrics Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese Experience with hyperscaler, OEM, or enterprise-level IT hardware (preferred) Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems (preferred) Background in rack-level integration, burn-in testing, and logistics coordination (preferred) Ability to enforce OSHA, ESD, and safety standards and maintain regulatory compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr MissionHires
