As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our brand, acting as a trusted partner to clients, architects, and designers. You'll combine your passion for design with a strong business mindset to deliver results and create memorable experiences. Build and nurture relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and trade professionals Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the store's client base Deliver an exceptional, high-touch luxury client experience from initial contact through project completion Consistently achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals Maintain showroom standards to reflect the excellence and heritage of the brand Host and support in-store events to engage the design community and drive traffic Actively grow and leverage a strong client portfolio through CRM tools and outreach Track leads, client interactions, and sales activities with accuracy and timeliness Partner with leadership to provide regular sales forecasts and business insights Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred) 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury furniture or high-end design Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong network within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community is a plus Passion for design, aesthetics, and luxury environments Skills That Set You Apart Exceptional relationship-building and client engagement skills Strong business acumen, including pipeline management and sales forecasting Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated mindset Excellent organizational and time management skills Charismatic presence with the ability to influence and inspire clients Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred Familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, or 3D tools is a plus Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Interior Talent
