We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a precision machining environment and enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges.

What You'll DoManufacturing Process Development

• Develop, improve, and maintain manufacturing processes, routings, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing readiness activities
• Optimize cycle times, machine utilization, and production efficiency
• Evaluate and implement process improvements that enhance quality, safety, and productivity

CNC Machining & Production Support

• Partner with machinists, programmers, supervisors, and production teams to support daily operations
• Troubleshoot CNC machining, tooling, fixture, and manufacturing process issues
• Support machining operations for complex aerospace components
• Assist with equipment installations, validation, and production startup activities

Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve throughput, and increase process capability
• Support cost reduction and operational excellence initiatives

Quality & Technical Support

• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, and customer requirements
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing concerns
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and process records
• Support audits, process validation, and quality improvement activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or CNC Manufacturing experience
• Strong background in CNC machining and precision manufacturing environments
• Experience developing manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and production workflows
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
• Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace manufacturing experience
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, multi-axis machining, and complex precision components
• Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience
• Knowledge of Mastercam, Siemens NX, or other CAD/CAM software
• Fixture design and process validation experience
• Experience supporting new equipment launches and manufacturing scale-up initiatives
