Summary Provides exceptional client service and product expertise selling luxury handbags on the sales floor at a high‑end retail location. Builds and maintains client relationships to drive sales and repeat business. Delivers personalized styling and product education informed by deep knowledge of materials and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Engage customers on the sales floor, offer product demonstrations, and provide personalized recommendations. Build and maintain a client book through follow-up, appointments, and outreach. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance. Maintain visual standards and merchandise presentation for the handbag assortment. Assist with inventory activities, receiving, and product replenishment as needed. Requirements 3+ years of retail sales experience, preferably with luxury handbags or accessories. Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills with a polished presentation.
