Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary The Sr. IT ERP Integration Project Manager will lead multiple medium-sized projects in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Workday integration space. The Senior Project Manager will ensure project results contribute positive business value and meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives. This role engages with executives, business stakeholders, and partners across all levels of the organization to manage assigned projects. The ideal candidate will have experience leading both ERP implementation projects and Agile software development initiatives, with a proven ability to take initiative and drive work forward in complex enterprise environments. Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to navigate competing priorities and cross-functional dependencies. Job Responsibilities Lead both ERP implementation and Agile software development projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities, taking ownership of solutions and driving projects forward with minimal oversight. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project partners. Successfully manage projects within complex organizational environments involving multiple business units, stakeholders, and competing priorities. Facilitate alignment between business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives. Skills/Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading both ERP implementation projects and Agile software development initiatives. Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills. Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects to successful completion. Experience managing projects in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
