Location: Attleboro, MA
Pay Rate: $18 - $23 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

In this position, you will operate and monitor production machines, ensure product quality, and help meet daily production goals in a safe and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate production machines
- Load and unload materials and parts
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments
- Inspect parts using measuring tools and gauges
- Follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures
- Complete quality and production paperwork/computer records
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
- Pack finished parts and prepare them for shipment
- Support team goals for safety, quality, and productivity
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Experience working with production equipment, presses, stamping machines, or similar machinery
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
- Basic measuring and inspection skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift 35-50 lbs regularly
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Experience
- Machine shop or stamping press experience
- General production or assembly experience
- Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement practices

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pawtucket, RI.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
