Customer Service Rep (Onsite)

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Are you an enthusiastic problem-solver with a passion for helping people? Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in customer support, where youll gain core skills and product knowledge under the guidance of our experienced leadership team. What Youll Do: Handle basic customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat. Resolve routine issues like phone activations, order tracking, and general complaints. Escalate more complex problems to senior team members when necessary. Assist with onboarding new customers and maintaining accurate account records. Help coordinate with service providers, help desks, and other teams to ensure great service. Perform data entry and process customer orders. Act as an intermediary to prevent unnecessary upselling from service providers. Starting Pay: $19/hr Available Shifts: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM - some will move to 1:30-9:30 once fully trained - 4 days a week 8 AM - 6:30 PM - 4 days a week 7 AM - 3:30 PM - 5 days a week What Were Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing or high-volume environment. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A patient, empathetic, and professional approach to customer interactions. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances. This is a position that plays a foundational role in the Customer Service department.
