Apply platform‑specific best practices (hooks, pacing, captions, trends) to maximize engagement and conversion. Continuously version and iterate content to test and optimize performance. Maintain speed and organization while managing deadlines and high output expectations. Collaborate with creative leads and strategists to align content with brand voice and performance goals. What You'll Bring 2+ years of video editing experience with a strong focus on short‑form, social content. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Proven ability to edit quickly without sacrificing quality. Strong instincts for social trends, pacing, hooks, and audience engagement. Experience repurposing content and creating multiple variations from a single source. Understanding of platform‑specific requirements and performance‑driven editing techniques. Working knowledge of basic audio mixing, color correction, and motion graphics. Requirements : To be considered, you must provide a demo reel showcasing short‑form, social‑first video editing work.
