Customer Service Specialist Full Time Sioux Falls, SD, US 6 days ago Requisition ID: 1420 Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Cornerstone Bank is looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our professional team in Sioux Falls. This position is responsible for processing new account transactions, assisting customers in selecting various accounts and financial services, cross‑selling the Bank’s products and services, maintaining and closing all account types, providing customers with reception and phone assistance, performing location clerical duties, and promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. Qualifications Knowledge of all bank deposit products and policies Ability to field and answer requests via phone, e‑mail, or in‑person High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of bank or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
