Location Two roles: Sacramento, California and Denver, Colorado. Hybrid: office Tuesdays – Thursdays, remote Mondays and Fridays. Salary & Benefits $45,000 - $55,000 annual base salary. $90,000 - $100,000 OTE. Through outbound sales efforts, you'll be working alongside independent event organizers to large well known brands, with unique clients spanning every part of the country. Job Title & Responsibilities The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for growing the company’s customer base by setting appointments for the account executives. Tele-prospecting efforts for targeted leads Develop future outbound calling strategy Manage data and activity within the Webconnex sales systems Outbound sales and business development Prospect via phone and email to generate a minimum of 25 potential opportunities per month for Sr. Sales Team Follow up with webinar attendees Re-engage stalled deals Use CRM and other tools to prospect via phone and email, follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads Maintain daily records on sales activity in the CRM Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities Maintain industry and technology knowledge to remain trusted resource and manage prospect objections Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning and customizing phone scripts Think outside the box and pursue opportunities that go beyond job description Qualifications Experience in sales: outside sales, business-to-business sales, and tele-prospecting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent teamwork skills Friendly, kind, and patient Relentless, competitive, and desire to win Empathetic listening skills to dig deeper to identify needs Entrepreneurial and creative in finding solutions to problems A seeker of personal growth and knowledge Effective and efficient prioritization and time management to execute independently Willing to give and receive feedback Apply Today Follow the link below to apply and we'll be in touch. #J-18808-Ljbffr Webconnex LLC
